Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Times
Since we work with dropshipping suppliers, shipping times may vary depending on the supplier's location and your delivery address. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (India): 7–15 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Please note these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Any applicable taxes or customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to become active. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages

Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at arush52765276@gmail.com and we will do our best to make corrections before the order is dispatched.
